Server 02 – Unrecognized Outage

This issue has been fixed by Camfrog

Our server 02 few hours ago was unresponsive for Camfrog commands. We are checking this issue with Camfrog Development team to check what was the problem and also the DataCenter is investigating the logs.

We are sorry about this problem and are working hard to find out the reason.

We will keep you updated.

New Camfrog Server & Bot Versions

Dear Customers!

Camfrog launched today a new version of Camfrog Server and BOT.

We will be updating our bots in a few days, until the BMP and IceTeam finalizing the development of new plugins.

All rooms are already running under the new platform 4.3.

If you want to try the new platform 5.x, open a support ticket, requesting a server version upgrade.

For new customers, when buying a new room, you can choose between versions 4.x or 5.x.

Note that in version 5.x you CAN NOT CHANGE THE ROOM NAME … this is a Camfrog restriction which we can not change.

If you want to change the room name often, continue using the 4.x platform.

Nós estaremos atualizando nossos bots em alguns dias, assim que a BMP e IceTeam finalizarem o desenvolvimento de seus plugins.

Todas as salas já estão rodando sob a nova plataforma 4.3.

Caso você queira experimentar a nova plataforma 5.x, abra um ticket de suporte em nossa central, solicitando a migração de seu servidor.

Para novos clientes, no momento de adquirir uma nova sala, é possível escolher entre as versões 4.x ou 5.x.

Note que na versão 5.x você NÃO PODERÁ TROCAR O NOME DA SALA … esta é uma restrição do Camfrog, a qual não temos como alterar.

Se você pretende alterar o nome de sua sala frequentemente, continue usando a plataforma 4.x.
