Server 03 DIED

Dear Customers!

Our server 03 died tonight.

We move all rooms to the backup server, and all customers will experience NO DOWNTIME .. :)

We are sorry about this problem and would like to inform you about the control panel:

If you need to access the control panel, please request NEW credentials by:

After New Year Holliday, everything will be back to the original server.
Its an emergencial action, to minimize your downtime experience.

Server 02 experience Central Server connection issues

We are experience some connectivity problems between our server 02 and Camfrog Central Server.

Please NOT reboot your room until we solve this problem, or you will not be able to get your room online back.

BOT 01/02 OUTAGE

We are experience another outage at our bot server 01/02.

Around 100 customers are affected and we are investigating this issue.

Its not acceptable that a new server exchanged this week, show problemas as oldest server.

Our tech department is performing a deep inspection and we will update you soon with more details about.

Cerca de 100 clientes estão sendo afetados e estamos investigando esta questão.

Não é aceitável que um novo servidor trocado esta semana, tenha problemas como o antigo servidor.
