New Bot Functions

Dear Customers!

We have installed new functions on ALL of our bots.

New Functions:

* Scramble Words

* New Trivia

* New Calc Game – Math

* Greeter

* Automatic Answers – Triggers


Take a look about the new commands:

Scramble Commands:

To Start: !word

New Trivia Commands:

Automatic Answers – Triggers & Greeter:

Try these “default” commands and look what the bot will answer * Depends of your room language *:

hi, hello, hola, ahaha, bot .. and much more ..

Regarding the Greeter all bots are setup with our Default Message.

CUSTOMIZATION:

All settings can be edited and customized as you want.

We will apply a FEE of $5.00 per change request of each item.

Server 02 having a bad day …

Dear Customers!

Our server 02 is having a bad day and we are  not happy with this situation.

The main core network from BGP show a problem today on our DataCenter and cut many connections.

We have re-routed this server to ComCast network but its seems as many customers still experience problems.

Sorry for any inconvenience and we expect solve this issue ASAP ..

UPDATE: As we DON´T HAVE a previous time to back server 02 running as expected, we decide move all affected rooms to our backup server. During this time, you can´t connect the webpanel but the rooms are working normal.

We did it to minimize downtime for you and allow us a window to solve the problem at server 02.

We will update this post when the server 02 issue has been totally solved.

UPDATE September 09 – 08:41 AM => The service ll be totally restored this Saturday. During this time the backup server still up and hosting the affected rooms.


UPDATE September 09 – 13:20 AM => The connectivity of our server 02 is now working as expected.

All services has been restored.
