BOT, TeamSpeak & Log Servers Reboot this Saturday!

Dear Customers!

Its just to inform you about a system restart this Saturday – July 25 at 11:00 AM Brazil Time.

This is necessary due some Windows Updates and improves on our Log System Management.

We expect 1 hour of these services outage.

Servers 05, 07 Offline

Dear Customers!

We are experience a DATACENTER outage at this moment on our servers 05 and 07.

The techs are investigating this issue and we ll give you more details as we receive the news.

UPDATE July 23 / 08:30 PM: The connectivity has been restored on DataCenter. A problem on both main routers form AT&T and Comcast cause this issue. The CISCO engineers are onsite verifying to assure no other issues related.

UPDATE July 23 / 09:08 PM: We still working on this issue. The main core router needs to be exchanged, and its ll cause intermitent and instable connections during the next hours.

UPDATE July 23 / 09:25 PM: The exchange ll start in a few minuts, and we expect 2 – 3 hours of service to get all back UP again.

Login Problems?

Dear Customers!

Today the Camfrog Central Server are experience some problems.

You will not be able to cnnect the client & server applications until the Central Server solve these problems.

We don´t have an EAT but we will update this post as we receive more information.

Sorry about any inconvenient and thanks for understanding.

5:38PM EST Update: Still working.  Some users can logon but new users may be having issues.

6:25PM EST Update:  Logon is working but some users have lost some contacts.  Try signing on later and they should reappear for you.  Sorry for the problem, it was an unexpected issue.

6:30 PM EST Update: We’ll let you know when all contact lists should be working normally again.  It may take awhile to solve the issue.  Thank you for your patience.

6:54PM EST Update:  We’ll have intermittent outages over the next 48 hours as we solve the unexpected database problems we had today.  Any outages are unacceptable and we apologize for the downtime.  Thanks for your patience.

6:30 PM EST Atualização: Avisaremos você quando todas as listas deverão estar funcionando normalmente novamente. Pode levar algum tempo para resolver o problema. Obrigado pela sua paciência.
