Main System Restart

As part of our upgrade plan, we schedule a main system restart this Saturday, April 11 at 09:00 AM Brazil Time.

This procedure is necessary to complete our services with new Linux servers.

After this reboot, a NEW CONCEPT of WEBPanel will be avaiable, and will allow you to:

Â

* Control your room;

* Register a new room and change the active room name;

* Log access ll be more easy;

* More control about your billing date;

* Backup your OP list & Ban list and other small updates.

You ll receive an e-mail with all new information regarding your webpanel access.

New Technology = New Plataform

Dear Customers !

We are very happy to announce a NEW ERA on Camfrog Hosting Rooms :)

Now frogFriendsHosting are offering the ULTIMATE TECHNOLOGY with the most advanced tools to prevent DDoS Attacks on our rooms.

We started this week a server migration from oldest Windows to the New Linux Servers.

What can you expect?

- No more restarts each weekend!

- More stabillity and security!

- Increase video & audio  performance!

How long time is necessary to do it?

We expect only 10 minuts of outage for each room. We are doing this process by manual, since its more secure and we can prevent automatic bugs :)

All rooms will be moved to the new system in the next 5 business days.

How can I check if my room is under new Linux Server?

* Only owners can do this command:

type on room: Â /ver

Oldest Windows system will answer:Â

Main Network Core Switch Problems

Dear Customers!

At 19:00 Brazil time today we start an experience of connectivity issues.

Our techs are inside datacenter checking it and its appears as our main network core switch issue.

We are working to solve it asap but unfortunally now, we can’t post here an expected time to have these servers online again.

As we have more information, we ll keep you updated.

1st. UPDATE: Affected servers are now online again and we are monitoring the system. We not found an explanation for this problem, since the main core switch needs a restart.
