New Server = No Problems

Dear Customers!

Our servers related to North America, Europe and Asia categories crash. Last weeks, many customers are reporting lags, disconnections and other issues. We were scheduling to move all to a new datacenter this weekend but, we were forced to do it early – TODAY !

Unfortunally, this server crash completelly and we did the exchange.

Now your rooms are online and we no expect more outages or connections issues.

If you are experience problems, please open a ticket on our HelpDesk.

All affected customers have 01 week free of charge.

We would like to inform you about a schedule BOT Server maintenance starting TODAY – March, 12 at 16:00 Brazil Time.

We expect 8 hours downtime from NOW of:

- Bots

- Log Servers

- TeamSpeak

- Backup Servers

After some tests we discovery issues related to Bots Online / Offline and we need this time to apply all necessary modifications.

We have a schedule time to finish all services and put back all systems online:

March, 13 – 17:00 – Brazil Time.

Our main router on Chicago DataCenter is not responding. Our Techs are working to solve it ASAP.

Affected Servers: 05, 06 and 07.

- We rebooted our main router and its back under normal operation. As we not found any visible issue on logs, our techs are keeping eyes open on this to check.
