As clear as we can, always we keep you informed about problems at our network.

Yesterday our Camfrog Rooms Servers starting to be target of a very large massive DDoS attack.

All affected customers will get 01 month for free hosting and you don´t need to worry about payments. Your room will be online over +30 days.

We are working hard to back online our Camfrog Rooms Servers ASAP and will keep you updated about that.

They are using a new method of attack, like what Camfrog experience few weeks ago.

At this moment we don´t have an ETA to say: We will be back in X hours.

We are doing our maximum efforts to solve that as soon as we can.

Update 20/04/2011 ::: Part of our service has been restored (Servers 06 – 14) but we still experience issues on servers 01 – 05. We are working hard to get everything back online in a few hours.

Final Update ::: All rooms are back online and all affected customers will get 01 month for free. Thanks for your cooperation!

We rolled out PS server reboots latest days in order to update our service.  This affected all Servers, Rooms & Bots.

Update 5:49 pacific: We finished these reboots at around 4:30. There was a privilege escalation vulnerability that was released this week that affected the server kernels.

This was a very serious vulnerability so we had to make the change and reboot the machines immediately with little to no information/warning.

Sorry about that.

Good news is that you are now safe from the privilege escalation vulnerability.

If you still have problems please let our support staff know.

We are currently experience connectivity problems at servers 01 and 04.

Ours techs are onsite investigating this issue .. please hold for further updates ..
