Dear Customers!
Many customers report us problems on Bots on the last 2 weeks. We are starting now an upgrade on out Bot Server, adding more one server to share these services - load balance system.
An outage is expected from NOW - Thrusday, June 11 09:00.
We expect 24 hours outage of these services, and we are so sorry about this inconvenience.
Unfortunally its necessary to provide you a better service related to Bots.

It seems our Seattle data center is down at the moment.
Its affect our BOT, Logs and Backup Servers.
Id you are noticing anything down, this is most likely the cause.
I am working with SL to get an ETA and and explanation for the outage.
I will keep updated with more info as it comes, thank you for you understanding!

At around 12:00pm CT, DC reported a physical cut in the primary 10G circuit between the Dallas and Seattle Datacenter resulting in longer than normal routing times. This has caused some outages to clients who are located in the Seattle Datacenter.
As of 12:30pm CT, the circuit has been restored, but as with any physical fiber cut, restoring optimal service could take another few hours.
At this time, there is not an explanation as to why there was a physical cut to the circuit, but once service has been restored (#1 priority), investigation into the cut will proceed.

This issue should be resolved now.

At 19:00 Brazil time today we start an experience of connectivity issues.
Our techs are inside datacenter checking it and its appears as our main network core switch issue.
We are working to solve it asap but unfortunally now, we can’t post here an expected time to have these servers online again.
As we have more information, we ll keep you updated.

1st. UPDATE: Affected servers are now online again and we are monitoring the system. We not found an explanation for this problem, since the main core switch needs a restart.
